
Ingredients
- 2 bundles somen noodles
- 3 ounces pumpkin paste
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- Red bean paste
- Brown sugar syrup
- Roasted soy flour

Instructions
- Boil the somen noodles. Add to a mixing bowl along with potato starch, pumpkin paste and sugar. Stir to combine into a dough. Form dough into balls and fill with red bean paste.
- Place three balls on a skewer. Boil skewers for approximately 3 minutes.
- Finish by topping with brown sugar syrup and roasted soy flour.
